WINNERSABOUT THE GLOBAL ATOMIC QUIZ
Global Atomic Quiz is a one-day international initiative launched to celebrate World Science Day! To have a bit of nerdy fun on this special occasion, we wanted to challenge you to learn some extraordinary facts about nuclear science – after all, it is all around us – in our homes, in technologies we use, out in nature, and even in outer space, playing a significant role in the life of our Universe. This year you have a unique chance to witness its synergy with AI: some of our questions are generated by neural networks!
What does the new nuclear technology use cosmic rays for? How can we get to the North Pole? What do the human heart and a nuclear power plant have in common? Or a campfire and a nuclear reactor? And what keeps the Mars rover warm at night? Expect the most unexpected questions (about physics, atomic and space technologies, natural sciences), many of which are generated with the help of an AI, and groundbreaking answers!
If having doubts, go check your knowledge by taking the questions of the Global Atomic Quiz 2021 and 2022 first. Just change the year in the upper right corner and go for it!

The quiz will be available for 24 hours on November 10. First, read the rules, then click JOIN CONTEST to begin the quiz!

Ahead, you will find 20 unique questions (some of which are written by AI) along with intriguing answers. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the clock! Your overall performance will depend on both – your score and speed – how correct and fast you respond to each question.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of participation! Don’t forget to save it on your device or send it to your e-mail address. Also, there will be an opportunity to share the result on social media and challenge your friends to try their hand!
